About My DDS

Here he is ladies and gentlemen, my DDS! What a blessed woman I am to have this man as my husband! He's kind, intelligent, creative, and absolutely hilarious.

Robbie is a 30-something Colorado native who enjoys running, playing video games, and eating gluten free food (because he is a glutard). Growing up, Robbie always participated in a variety of sports including basketball, football, and track. In high school, he competed as a decathlete and his love for running hurdles continued on through most of college.

After high school, Robbie was looking into Law Enforcement as a career option; however, after the traumatizing experience of being wrongfully arrested for another Robert Marin's crimes, he realized Law Enforcement wasn't for him. (Don't worry, he only spent one night in jail before the mistake was cleared up and now he has an excellent story to tell at parties).

After attending the University of Central Missouri his freshman year, Robbie decided to return to Colorado to pursue a degree in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University. Right at the beginning of his sophomore year, Robbie contracted meningitis and was hospitalized for seven days (most of which he does not remember). But not even meningitis could keep him down for long.

In April of 2009, Robbie's sister and brother-in-law introduced him to Ariel, the woman who would become his wife only 8 months later (for the full story, click here). Robbie was planning on applying to Medical School but after talking with several Dentists that he and Ariel knew, the two of them were convinced that Dentistry was the right path for him.

Robbie hopes to work as an Associate Dentist for awhile and then open his own practice somewhere in Northern Colorado. He also aspires to provide much needed dental care in under-served countries with his wife by his side assisting him.
